Chairmat materials and Thickness

After a number of questions from a number of customers who have special requirements for their chair mat applications, we wanted to clarify some items on our chairmats.
Our mats are made from an virtually indestructable, ultra-tough laminate that resists impacts, scratches, wear, burns and stains. So much so, that there is a 10 year guarantee on the product under normal chair mat use. Each mat is 3/8 inch thick and is "spike free" and static proof. Perfect for any pile carpet or for hardwood, vinyl, concrete, linoleum or other hard surface the chair mats include a non-slip rubber pad backing to prevent movement and protect hard surfaced floors.
