This wood is extremely tough and is coated with 7 layers of UV resistant finish to really stand up to the rigors of constant use and relentless chair wheels.
Made with bamboo planks that are about 2" wide, the planks are joined together with a flexible fiber and backed with a full size felt backing to completely protect any surface it is placed on. The bamboo is taken from the strongest part of the bamboo tree and then carbonized, kiln dried and laminated into a really tough material that is considered to be one of the most durable wood flooring materials in the business.
Available in a range of sizes, the mats simply roll into a tubular shape for shipping purposes. Once in your office, simply unroll the mat into position and it's ready to use!
